    Menu/Vending Description

    List the food items you plan to bring, and the prices below.

    Art on the Bay reserves the right to approve the food that you will be selling prior to the day of the event. All menus and any changes must be approved in writing.

    Health department

    Vendors must comply with all Macomb County Health Department regulations. If you are preparing food at the event, you MUST have a permit from the Macomb County Health Department 30 days prior to the event. Application and payment for the permit must be sent directly to the Health Department. For questions, call the Health Department at 586-469-5236.

    Security

    Security will be provided Friday and Saturday evening.

    All vendors must be set-up by 9:30am Saturday. Site is open to view on Thursday. No water hook up is available, washing stations will be available. All vendors are responsible for supplying power and for clean-up of their space. Waste disposal will be provided.

    Deadline for entry

    All entries are due by July 31, 2023.

    The applicant and its agents and affiliates waive, release hold harmless and indemnify Art on the Bay, the City of New Baltimore, festival organizers or sponsors and any agents, employees or affiliates or third persons including but not limited to members of the public, Art on the Bay, the City of New Baltimore, festival organizers or sponsors including injury of any kind i.e. bodily injury, personal injury or injury to property. Indemnification includes costs of defense including attorney’s fees and experts selected at the sole discretion of the indemnified party. To support the indemnification for bodily injury and property damage claims and related defense expenses, the vendor shall provide evidence of Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 in the aggregate. An endorsement naming Art on the Bay and all elected and appointed officials of the City of New Baltimore, employees and volunteers as additional insurance must be secured.
